2. Response Times

We aim to acknowledge all support tickets within 4 business hours and resolve most issues within 2 business days. Complex technical matters may take longer; we will update you every 48 hours until resolved.

3. Escalation Procedure

If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, ask for an Escalation Manager. We commit to a written outcome within 5 business days.

4. External Dispute Resolution

Australian customers may lodge unresolved complaints with the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO) or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (privacy issues).


🔄 DATA DELETION REQUESTS

You may request deletion of call recordings, transcripts, and account data by emailing privacy@staffhub.ai with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” We will:

  1. Verify your identity within 3 business days.

  2. Delete data from live systems within 10 business days (backups within 30 days).

  3. Confirm completion via email.
