🚚 FULFILMENT & REFUND POLICY
1. Overview
Because IRIS is a subscription‑based digital service, “shipping” does not apply. Physical merchandise, if offered (e.g., branded headsets), ships from our Cairns warehouse via Australia Post or DHL.
2. Digital Service Activation
Your subscription activates instantly once payment is confirmed or a free trial is started.
Setup takes approx. 5 minutes (number forwarding + calendar link).
3. Refunds & Cancellations (Digital Service)
30‑Day Performance Guarantee: If IRIS does not save you at least 10 admin hours or book 5 additional appointments within 30 days, email support@staffhub.ai for a full refund.
After 30 days, you may cancel anytime; partial‑month refunds are not provided, but service remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
4. Returns (Physical Products)
Return unopened merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Buyer pays return postage unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

5. Replacement & Warranty
Defective items are replaced or refunded at no cost within 12 months of purchase. Provide order number and photos showing the defect.
